The Philippines has one of the highest catchments of mobile phone users in the world. Using the total number of mobiles in service this nearly matches the entire population base.

Market data also shows that the average Filipino sends 15 SMS messages a day, which makes them one of the highest SMS markets in the world.

The question remains how to tap into this sprawling captive audience.
