Apparently Asian travelers take social media seriously when looking at beach holidays.
I read a piece recently in TTG Asia which spoke about Expedia's 2014 Flip Flop Report.
Some 60 percent of those who responded from Asia said social media was a significant factor when choosing some fun in the sun.
Interestingly one of the key motivations in Asian's posting online photos on holiday was to elicit 'selfie envy.'
