While the vaunted Aussie flying Kangaroo continues to experience a customer backlash over its recent drastic grounding action, carrier Strategic Air is set to rebrand as Air Australia.

The changeover will take place on November 15th and the colors green and gold have been symbolically chosen.

Or course many locals and travelers to Phuket recall the massive flight delays earlier this year by Strategic which made headlines.

This makes the full transformation of what had been a charter carrier to a more focused commercial minded enterprise.

Australia air space has been in the news for much of the year which has been highlighted by Qantas, the grounding of Tiger and of course Strategic or shall we say Air Australia.
