Thailand based tourism organization PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) have appointed Martin Craigs as their new CEO.
Craigs is a leading aviation industry executive who has most recently headed up the Aerospace Forum Asia.
Prior to that he has consulted and advised with a number of related organizations such as AirAsia, IATA, and the Hong Kong government.
With the appointment and a recent overhaul of the Bangkok office PATA is targeting to revitalize their role as a leading advocate for regional tourism.
