With the success of it's themed Santorini Park in Cha-Am, the Premium Outlet Mall brand which is under the Pena Group is looking to branch out further into the tourism sector.

At Santorini the company is planning both a waterpark and a midscale hotel which will integrate into a broader entertainment theme.

Nearby Hua Hin is also buzzing over a new large retail shopping center which will be operated by the Mall Group from Bangkok.

Premium Outlet Malls have seven complex's including one on the By-pass in Phuket.
