Another new domestic carrier Legacy Air has reportedly applied for permission to service air links between Phuket to Chiang Mai, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Bangkok. The proposed service would utilize a Saab 340 turboprop similar to Happy Airways who recently launched flights to Hat Yai and Langkawi in Malaysia. If approved flights would commence early in 2010.

Can someone put me across through the owner of Legacy Air? I have a business proposal for him especially with respect to the launch of his Airline.
