Man Stranded in Airport For 3 Months
Here is one for those who think the delays they may be facing this high season at Phuket or Suvarnabhumi airport are unbearable. A Chinese dissident who spent move then 3 months at Japan's Narita International airport has been allowed to fly home. Reportedly he spent most of his time blogging and trying to beg for food.
It's a story not unlike Tom Hank's movie The Terminal which was loosely based on a true story Iranian refugee Mehran Karimi Nasseri who spent 18 years in Frances Charles de Galle airport from 1988 onwards.
