Back of defined social conscience the hand weaving is done by the Mlabri Hill Tribe in North Thailand. The group was once nomadic but due to continued deforestation the pressure on traditional life has been increasingly difficult.
The venture with Jumbo Hammock has brought in new opportunities for self sufficiency for the group.
