Having had the pleasure last month to visit the Marina Bay Sands, my friends booked at table at the nearby new Italian eatery Osterio Mozza.

US based chef Mario Batali has collaberated with Nancy Silverton and opened a second same named outlet after their inspired West Los Angeles offering.

There are two back to back outlets with the more casual Pizzeria Mozza right new door.

A key feature of Osterio Mozza is the island mozzarella bar. As for the pizza, I will indeed back coming back.

All I can say is the food had everyone raving.
