Despite lowering prices to attract a larger customer base the continuing water woes at West Sand's have continued as General Manger Chris Stuart has left the operation. Chris was an experienced international player in theme parks having worked with leading names such as Six Flags in the US.

Me and my family had great time at water park as we are the member the rate is resonable not too expensive and ensure our kids are safe with friendly staff around the water park. If you are Thai resident please ask for membership there it's fair enough.

something fishy,4th managment leaving in 18 months??? I assume unrealistic return expectations, overly geared with depth, complexity of runing a water park, time share operation, guaranteed condominium returns, opening a resort, managing individual villa owners. Looks like a great job to me. wm

I took two kids there last Sunday and they had the time of their lives, but it was way too expensive. Over 7000 THB for 2 adults and two children . To attract more customers they need a pricing point that will attract Thai people and expats.

For me it is just a very average Waterpark, the rides are pretty boring and once you have been once there is no real desire to go again. Such a shame.

MAYBE HE HAS REALISED,IT WAS GOING TO BE A MAMOTH TASK TO MAKE THIS PROJECT TO WORK AND BE PROFITABLE.

MY OPINION, I DONT THINK THIS WILL EVER BE PROFITABLE IN PHUKET....ITS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR A WATER PARK..
