Local diners in the Laguna area are in for a treat with the opening of The Burnt Tortilla Mexican restaurant in Cherngtalay. Opened by talented Chef Colin Stevens who worked in Bangkok's Tamarind Café, and had done stints with hotels by Centara and ACCOR.
There are 8 different meat selections on offer including pork carnitas, adobo, carne asada, chicken mole and chipotle. Another feature are the 8 salsas from verde and fresco up to the apt named 'Dad's Holy S-T Habanero Salsa." Other favorites include Huevos Rancheros and yes there are margaritas on offer.
Open daily from 9 am to 9 pm with a central location across the street from the mini Tesco.
