With so much news on the internet these days and top stories ranging from the mysterious death of Brittany Murphy to the wonder tech of Avatar, it's hard to know where to file information you want to keep.
I don't know how you do it but in my case I have virtually hundreds of obscure bookmarks to travel sites, recommendations, restaurants, attractions and destinations to places on my computer. It's a bit like that miscellaneous file or bottom drawer on your desk, that when you go through it, all I can do is scratch my head and wonder where to put it all.
A new set of sites are out there now which lets you tuck these all neatly into specifies files for cities, destinations, hotels, areas of interest so you can actually find and use the things that seem so important the moment you originally hit the site online.
It's an evolving trend but some top sites are TravelMuse, Gliider, and NileGuide. Expect a whole new set of app's for mobile devices soon and certainly larger institutions such as TripAdvisor will develop more in this area. Certainly there has to be a better way of filing and more importantly actually finding again those gems you want to include in your upcoming trip.
