Thai's and expatriates who are eager to try the posh new Airbus A380 superjumbo have taken to flying the cost effective Emirates Bangkok to Hong Kong service.
Launched in October, a number of enthusiasts have viewed the relatively low priced promotional fares for economy and reasonable business class pricing to try and sample near era of sky born luxury.
No doubt recent concerns over engine issues and an emergency landing in Singapore aboard a Qantas A380 have topped media outlets within the past few weeks may slightly muffle the current level of interest in the near term.
