Phuket keeps raising the bar as a leading educational center for the regional expatriate and domestic market.

The new Kajonkiet International School in Kathu is targeting increased demand from Southeast Asia.

An emphasis on English language with a British National Curriculum is highlighted.

Other key international schools include Phuket International Academy which is continuing to expand their large sports based facility, British International School and a Chinese institution under development.
