Zeman Launching New Multi-Million Dollar Andara Project

Hong Kong Entrepreneur Allan Zeman is rolling the 13 ultra villa estate Andara Signature.

Located on Millionaires Mile near to Ayara Kamala, the offering has been eagerly anticipated by the marketplace.

Villa plots will range from two to three rai, and built up areas are luxuriously spacious with 2600 square meters of living space.

Anxious investors are expected to snap up the offering, given the spectacular capital appreciation of the first project. The Andara-effect saw a number of resale's double in value .

Details on pricing and availability will be available for high season.

Meanwhile the second Plaza Surin boutique shopping mall will be coming on the market soon with over 60 upscale retail shops that are expected to command high demand and premium pricing.

Where abouts' in Surin is the new plaza to be located? At the last AM-Chan in Phuket, Allen said it was being built across the street from the current Plaza, but a recent trip into the area I did not see anything? Bill Barnett responds:
Its on the other side of the road where the road heads to Cherngtalay on the left hand side.
