Listed Thailand development group Supalai Plc have launched a 518-unit condominium project in Phuket Town. The Supalai Park @Downtown will consist of one and two bedroom units in a 15-story structure.

Priced from THB 1.2 million the new project looks set to start a trend toward larger Bangkok style urban living for the island. Completion will be by mid 2012. Recently another Thai listed developer Sansiri announced plans for the acquisition of land on the island.
