Thai Muang Developer Announces Japan Project

Richard Li's Pacific Century Premium Developments who are behind the 1,000 rai Thai Muang destination resort in Phang Nga will develop a new mixed use project in Japan's Niseko.

Located in the prime ski resort area of Hokkaido both hotels and condominiums will be part of the offering.

PCPD are best known for their Bel-Air residences and Cyperport project's Hong Kong.

While Thai Muang is purported to be the next Laguna-type master planned development in Southern Thailand, planning is ongoing.
