The developers of the Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi which opened in 2007 are looking to cash in on the luxury villa market.
Nine private residences situated on a panoramic hilltop are available for sale. One bedroom units are priced from THB25 million, and two bedrooms from THB39 million.
Premium properties range as high as THB88 million. A revenue sharing and usage program between unit owner and operator is available.
The investor's group is led by a venture between Thai entrepreneur Dr. Chinavais Sarasas and Switzerland's Germing Frey.
