Raimon Land Chief Executive Hubert Virot has been quoted in the Bangkok Post saying the group has created a subsidiary for rentals and resale's of condominium units.
Aimed at its customers the offering is meant to create an in-house opportunity for the property group.
Another possibility mentioned in the article was a hospitality offering given the synergies for the leisure and resort segment.
In Phuket Laguna Phuket has a similar after sales service for its real estate products where it has teamed up with Hawaii's Outrigger chain.
