Listed Thai development firm Raimon Land have continued to pursue a portfolio of projects in Pattaya.

Those launched already include Northpoint, Northshore, Zire Wongamat and the latest UNIXX.

Unit sizes go from studios at 22 square meters up to two bedrooms of 62 square meters. Pricing starts at THB880,000 or installments of THB4,400 per month.

Pattaya has continued to gain momentum in both the domestic and overseas property sectors, especially with the considerable sales activity in entry level type units.

Expect more, or shall we say many more to follow. The question remains as off plan sales continue to flourish is when the secondary market will kick in on project completions and a market cool down will take place?
