Back of the current high profile sales push of the Amari hotel branded residences in Hua Hin, head of the groups newly christened hospitality platform Yuthachai Charanachitta has been reported in the national press that expansion plans are underway for an oceanfront project on 90 rai.

While the group has no comment on its plans, perhaps one likely scenario could see the site is currently co-owns adjacent to the Ao Po Grand Marina on the east coast which is a similar size.

For now it's all speculation but the group is swiftly moving forward on strategic expansion plans so stay tuned.
