New Phuket Planning Regulations Issued By Government

New town planning regulations for the island of Phuket have been issued on July 6, 2011.

The most significant changes have been to land areas located on hillsides and forest conservation areas.

For developers of condominium and land development projects, there has been limited revisions. Those most impacted will be upscale villa or luxury hillside projects.
