One of the prime examples of the island's upscale hotel and residential development surge is Nai Thon beach. Once considered one of Phuket's quietest seaside retreats, things are changing fast.
Luxury villa developments at Malaiwana, Isatana and nearby Trisara have fueled a new rush of activity with construction already underway at the 281 room Pullman Arcadia resort.
Located at the north end of the beach, after you pass the site and head up the hill is the new Vista del Mar. An all villa development with twenty one 3 and 4 bedroom homes ranging from 400 to 700 square meters in size.
Pricing ranges from THB29 to 55 million baht. Site development has commenced and building of a model unit is well underway.
