Results are in from the 2011 Southeast Asia Property Awards held last night in Singapore, with Phuket developers Malaiwana and Laguna taking top honors.

Banyan Tree/Laguna Phuket entrepreneur K.P. Ho earned the accolade as Real Estate Personality of the Year.

The Village Coconut Island garnered a prize for Best Shared Ownership Development.

great to see the awards list and see that we made it. Just a clarification, the interior design of 'The Residences at St Regis Bangkok' was designed by Kate Greenwood and team while Kate was a partner at BBGM interiors sydney (not bbg architects and plan architects bangkok).
