One of Phuket's leading demand generators for its thriving property market is the existence of two quality international hospitals.
Enter the Krabi Nakharin International Hospital in the nearby tourist destination.
As reported by the Phuket Gazette the facility will be a six story building with 100 beds and is expected operate by midyear.
Hypermarkets and marines have already found their way to Krabi, so the only key remaining ingredients for a fully realized real estate sector is an international school and a more accessible golf course.
