West facing boutique development Waterfall Cove has just one remaining property for sale. Located along famed Millionaires Mile on the Kamala Headland the development featured a private estate of just three properties.

Villa A with a plot size of just over 2 rai and approved building covered space of 600 square meters will ultimately command a price between USD3.5 to 4 million depending on final finishes chosen.

A separate land and villa package has the former priced at THB28 million per rai and then a fully costed home with some optional upgrades allows the buy some flexibility.

Designer Donal Coyle of international firm SLA has led the project team. Construction is underway with completion set for the end of next year.

Calling upscale resort Paresa and luxury estate Waterfall Bay as neighbors, a key selling point has been completed environmental and building approvals.
