Charlie Filleul Leaves CBRE

thephuketinsider.com spoke to David Simister of CBRE today and learned that the Resort Property General Manager Charlotte Filleul was leaving CBRE in Phuket. David mentioned that Charlie was opting to stay in Phuket and would continue working in the property industry. He added that ' she has been a great team member and had been instrumental in CBRE's reputation and performance as a key industry leader."

David was in town to attend her farewell party and added that Khun Prakaipeth (Pet) Meechoosarn would be looking after the sales team and had already been working with CBRE in a senior role for a number of years.

CBRE continues to be a significant presence in the market and talking to staff they are seeing some high end transactions move during the past few weeks which indicates that there remains money out there looking for a home in the islands property market.

Hi Mopsee, I am KF Thailand MD. I think you better show up who you are. What is your real name? Then I will know who I am contacting with. You are complaining our long time mistaken under the Farang operation (you shall remember they name)and as per my remember the mistake was from the staff on site. You have claimed that KF is not good but your estate had taken the whole team of our site staff, why? Because the leader is Farang? If we are not good why you took them from us? And let me clarify, the money the staff cheating you is the electricity charge and telephone expenses that the villa owners have to pay the Authorities but you had put on our site staff. If you remember, we have issued the letter informed all owners that we do not allow our staff to take cash and will not took responsibility if any mistaken in place but you all did pay her a cash. There is no estate fund or common area money, she cheated. But KF has to take responsibility. We did not get payment our fee for the last 2 months services from your estate management team as you put the claim on us which is not fair. Think about is and fair on what you did.

mr Nattha, do u not remember when KF were managing Araya Surin in 2004 ? what happened when your accountant who worked on the accounts took all our money and never returned ? did KF every pay back the missing money ?? NO !!

Mr.Mopsee,who are do ?According to our record,we never managed your property.We also never used any cent of the money for own expense.We will ask the permission from the villa owners before using the money.This is our procedure.

yeah, i hear the same thing, they were always short of money and could never pay their bills. i had property managed thru Knight Frank and i would always give them money for a float for cleaning my pool, if u went 1 baht below it, they wouldnt undertake any of the property management works, and yet, when i was always in credit, they would use the money to pay their office expenses etc. I would deal with the head Thai in Bkk and would always get the run about.

Knight Frank are indeed still here and working in Plaza Del Mar. They continue to manage a number of estates on the island.
