Well known luxury property sales stalwart Charlie Filluel will be leaving Malaiwana for a new post at Six Senses Private Residences group later this month.
As Six Senses gear up their hospitality led residential offerings which currently includes Soneva Kiri and Yao Noi, new properties are set to come on line in the Maldives and Sri Lanka.
Charlie who led resort sales at CBRE prior to Malaiwana will be working out of the Bangkok office in the near future.
Phuket continues to be the leader in upscale resort real estate in Asia, hence the tapping of some of the island's human resources from the outside world shows how competition is growing on our doorstep.
