Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand have been engaged by Kalim's Bay Cliff condominium for CJP (condominium juristic person) and property management.

The group now manages seventeen estates on the island including The Palm Beach Club, Kamala Beach Estate and The Cape.

Speaking to JLL's Dexter Norville who says the local team have grown from 30 to 60 staff over a short period and the organization is gearing up for another set of new signings shortly.

As a result of the success in the resort market of Phuket, the Bangkok based company is gearing up in open an office in Pattaya within the second quarter of this year to capture the surge in new condominiums and hospitality led residential properties.
