Kalim's The Bay Cliff condominium have opened a sales office in Bangkok to target domestic property buyers into the Phuket market.

Bay Cliff Development Group also have a second project in Kalim on the edge of the entertainment district of Patong named The Privilege Residences.

Another venture is the 286 room Sleep With Me hotel set to open in 2012 near Jungceylon.

While Bay Cliff's launch coincided with the global financial crises a few years ago they have steadily outperformed the market in sales pace due to a significant level of Thai purchasers.
