Thai listed property developer Pruska Real Estate Plc have a launched a 248 unit project in Thalang.

Units comprised of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms are configured in two story attached townhouses with a built up area of 120 square meters.

The housing estate is named Pruksa Ville and prices start from THB1.39 million.

Construction has already commenced with completion scheduled for 2012.

Phuket is increasingly the target of large SET listed development companies with Land and Houses and Supalai already having multiple projects on the island.
