High profile Director of Marketing Anthony Franklin has left the TGR Group who is developing Jumeirah Private Island and ultra high end residential villas. With one of the most successful luxury residential sales and marketing campaigns in recent years, the project has announced they intend to complete their show villa in April/May of this year. With a marina capable of playing home to super yachts and the hotel branded by Jumeirah from Dubai who are renowned for their Burj landmark property, residential sales have been robust despite a worldwide recession. In its recent update from the developers no announcement has been made on progress on the hotel component.

Given that nearly all of the residential villas have been sold at the project looks to be more of a career move, have asked Anthony for details on where he is heading so lets see, but luxury market is still outperfoming the broader market despite the downturn.
