Bill Barnett responds:
Good to contact the provider and see if a solution can be reached.
We have directed both our hotline and feedback email address to senior management as we take this issue very seriously.
Our records show to date we have received no contacts which has frustrated our intentions to take any instant action if and when required.
Bill Barnett responds:
Thanks for response.
