C9 Hotelworks Releases Phuket Mid-Year Hotel Market Update

Leading Asian resort destination Phuket has seen a surge in airport passenger arrivals with 2.32 million for this period January to June.
This is an 11% rise over the same period in 2011.
Strong tourism demand saw occupancy grow to a market-wide 75%, average room rates up 5% and RevPAR increase by 8%.
