Over the past few years clearly Hyatt is not content to be a one-trick pony in Bangkok.
While the legacy Grand Hyatt continues to trade well, the new Park Hyatt being developed by the Central Group is on the way up, as is Hyatt Regency.
Now comes word that a 220-room Hyatt Place has been signed on Sukhumvit Soi 20. The property is slated to open by 2017.
Perhaps we should be expecting an Andaz to come into the pipeline next?
