Singapore based Ariva Hospitality and Mai Khao's West Sands Resort have parted ways on the management of the integrated resort.
It's understood the property is currently in talks with another operator.
Meanwhile Patong's boutique B-lay Tong who had been working with Dusit have seen the relationship fail to materialize.
Reportedly a new management company will be appointed in the near future. Stay tuned.
