US Hotel Chain LaTour Signature to Manage Indochine Villa Santi

A US based hotel chain has been signed to manage Indochine Villa Santi as announced today by Chairman Tom LaTour. In an exclusive interview LaTour who was one of the pioneers of boutique hotels with Kimpton said " Phuket is an ideal place to start our expansion in Asia and certainly the excellent location of the property fits into our management strategy.

The group is aiming at further development in Thailand and a focus on Cambodia, and Vietnam as their next targets. LaTour joins another US management group on the island Outrigger who have used the strategic location in Phuket to develop a region wide expansion program.
