Thanyapura Group Launches 3 Greater Phuket Hotels

The newly branded Thailand based Thanyapura Group have announced 3 boutique hotel projects for Greater Phuket.

Two of these are on the island with 77 room upscale Thanyachiva Lifestyle Resort and 38 room mid market Thanyachitra Retreat. The later is adjunct to the recently opening international meditation facility the Mind Centre and will open next month, with the former set to debut in Q4 2011.

Both are located in Thalang and part of developer Klaus Hebben's Phuket International Academy and world class Sports and Leisure Club mixed use mega project.

A third property Thanyamundra Organic Resort is located in scenic Phang Nga's Khao Sok, just an hour north of the airport. A November opening is set for the 9 key offering with suites and standard rooms.

The group has appointed seasoned hotelier Martin Michalik at Chief Operating Office of the hospitality section.

Prior to this entrepreneur Klaus Hebben teamed up with developer Stephen Paine in the ultra villa property estate Malaiwana in Nai Thon beach.
