Thailand's Red Planet 3,000 Room Pipeline

Bangkok's Red Planet Hotels now havev3,000 Tune branded rooms under development and construction in three Southeast Asian countries.

Over the past twelve months the surge has seen a 200% growth in projects being realized in the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.

Red Planet are a master franchise holder for the AirAsia spin-off Tunehotels.com budget chain.

Back of previous private fund placements of USD120 million the group is now looking at increasing its equity base by a further USD100 million within early next year.

Next on the horizon is China which certainly looks to be the golden goose given the sheer metrics of the market.
