Thai Developer Building 5 Star Resort in Myanmar's South

Thai group KP Commercial and Property Group are developing a 5 star project in the Myanmar archipelago of Myeik.

The Pearl Laguna Resort will open in December with 60 rooms and an additional 40 by end of 2012. A project cost is USD15 million.

Myeik which is located on the Andaman sea has over 800 islands in the region and is considered to be a prime resort development opportunity in the future
