Layan's Tamarind Hills hospitality led residential project has tied up with Thailand's Xen Hotels and Resorts for management. Michael Thomas who is ex-ACCOR heads up the new group as CEO. Plans call for the condo hotel to open later this year.
Xen currently manages properties under the brand in Bangkok and Kanchanburi, the AKA Resort in Hua Hin, and two residences styled projects also the nation's capital. Their current development pipeline includes Samudra Beach Resort in Cha-Am, and an airport hotel in Bangkok.
