Mention Beijing's Opposite House or Hong Kong's Upper House to any well heeled Asian's traveler to hotelier and praise is often heaped out in large doses.

Next came the East branded project in Hong Kong and Swires expanding hospitality ambitions were further fueled.

In its next step the regional hotel group is going long haul to Britain with a roll out of the upstart "Chapter Hotels".

Combining properties with historic buildings, contemporary design and a highly personalized experience the first rollout for the group was The Montpellier Chapter which opened late last year.

Expect to hear more from Swire both in Asia and further afield.
