The Chava is Surin's newest entry in an upscale neighborhood that includes Twin Palms, Amanpuri, and The Chedi. With 33 units including some with personal plunge pool and an attractive poolside restaurant the property offers great value with 2 bedroom suites the same price of many upper tier hotels rooms.

Speaking to CEO Larry Cunningham who developed the property demand has continued to grow and the ability of the management to tap into internet booking sites has somehow leveled the playing field against of its branded competitors. Together with The Chava, Outrigger Serenity Terrace, Cape Sienna and the yet to be opened Palm Beach Club are all targeting visitors to Phuket who value privacy, exclusivity and a departure from cookie cutter institutional hotels.
