Leading Sri Lankan tourism group Aitkin Spence are actively searching for a hotel development partner for a mixed use project according to media reports.
A destination master planned project with two resorts, commercial and residential homes are located on a 108 acre oceanfront site.
Located just 20 km north of Trincomalee, in Nilaveli, the developer is looking to joint venture on one of the two planned resorts, while it will build and operate the other.
Aitkin Spence already have a business relationship with Six Senses for a resort north of Galle which will open next year.
