Fast rising luxury hotel brand Rosewood has signed a deal for a new resort in Sanya with the Poly Real Estate Group.
Sanya is located in Hainan which is often referred to as the Hawaii of China.
On the development side the property will feature 229 guest rooms and 61 residential villas.
An opening in 2017 is being planned.
