Hong Kong's luxury chain Rosewood has signed a deal for 148-room property in Phnom Penh Cambodia.
Planned to open in 2015 the hotel matches a design team by Jaya and Bond Design Studio.
Developed by Vattanac Properties the hotel is located in a mixed-use tower, which will include 27 serviced residences, office space and a retail mall.
Rosewood's pipeline includes Phuket, Bangkok, Bali, Jakarta, and Beijing.
