REMINDER Bangkok Seminar On Buying And Selling Hotels Tomorrow

Leading industry experts from Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Baker McKenzie (Thailand) and C9 Hotelworks are pleased to present an industry seminar on hotel investment opportunities in Thailand. The seminar will include a review of recent hotel transactions in Thailand, industry insights to hotel investment hot spots in the country and 'doing the deals' - where and how. New hotel investment opportunities coming into the market will also be featured. The seminar will also look at practical advice on hotel valuations, legal due diligence and the transaction process for both buyers and sellers of hotels.

Registration starts at 5:00 pm, with the presentation commencing at 5:30 until 6:30 pm and networking drinks to follow.
