Hua Hin's hotel scene is continuing to grow with the announcement of an agreement between Carlson Hotels and The Retreat for a 118 room five star Radisson Blu Report. Rooms will be 55 square meters with either direct pool access, or plunge pools.

The project is located adjacent to Samudra Beach Resort Residences and a synergy is being created by the common development team for the two resorts. Groundbreaking is set for mid 2010 and completion by end of 2011. Carlson recently created a new premier brand strategy introducing both the Radisson Blu and Green protects as a differentiator.
