Industry specialist Bas van Straten has launched a new Phuket based hotel sales and marketing from UB Management Services. He is targeting existing independent hotel owners who are looking to implement international standards and also provide strategic planning and implementation for sales initiatives.

In addition an alliances has been created with leading global revenue managements player RevPAR Guru for Thailand representation. The software programs is key component to assist properties maximize room rate management and improve all important top line generation of revenue.
