Trendy global brand Nikki Beach have signed a deal with Castlewood for a new hotel, spa and beach club opening in 2013 in Bangtao.

Singapore's Castlewood Group plans to develop six Nikki branded properties in Asia, which includes Singapore, Bali, Hainan and Langkawi

The Nikki Beach Phuket will have 151 suites and 23 sky villas and is located near to Laguna Village. Original Vision's Adrian McCarroll heads up the design team.

Castlewood was founded in Dubai and moved to Singapore in 2008. They specialize in property investment and marketing.
